The Legal Bit

• Liability: While Centurian vets all partners for insurance and quality, the assigned scaffolding firm remains the "contractor of record" for on-site health and safety. Any claims regarding property damage must be directed to the specific firm’s insurance (which Centurian keeps on file for your protection).
• Payment Terms: Payment is typically due upon completion of the installation (or as per the schedule for large commercial jobs). Centurian handles the billing to ensure the price you were promised is the price you pay.
• Ownership of Materials: All scaffolding equipment remains the property of the assigned firm. Any interference with or modification of the scaffold by unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited and voids all safety certifications.
• Force Majeure: Centurian is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather (high winds) or other factors outside of our control, as safety on the Wirral and Merseyside coast is our priority.
