Centurian Scaffolding Contractors acts as the managing agent and quality controller. We use our 30+ years of expertise to vet, select, and manage a specialist scaffolding firm from our verified network to complete your project.

2. The Centurian Price Guarantee

The quote provided is a Fixed Price for the specific scope of work agreed upon.

• Hire Period: Your quote includes a standard hire period (usually 4 or 6 weeks). Extensions are available and will be charged at a pre-agreed weekly rate.

• No Hidden Fees: Any changes to the scope of work on-site must be cleared through Centurian to ensure your pricing remains fair.

3. Safety & Compliance

All work is carried out by CISRS-qualified professionals. Centurian ensures that the firm assigned to your project holds valid Public Liability Insurance and adheres to TG20:21 safety standards.

4. Site Access & Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring the area is clear of obstructions. If a pavement license is required from the local council (Wirral, Liverpool, or Sefton), Centurian or the assigned firm will manage the application, but any council fees will be disclosed in your quote.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

We understand plans change. We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or significant changes to the installation date to avoid a call-out fee.
